How to Book

1. Choose your dates (if possible, have alternative dates in mind, in case we are already fully-booked for your first choice of dates).
2. Drop us an e-mail or call us on +44 (0)7904 359 780. Assuming we have availability for your chosen dates, we will hold your booking for SEVEN DAYS without deposit. This is to allow you time to check transport arrangements, and collect deposits from your group, without having to worry that your place may be taken by someone else in the meantime. You will be given a unique reference number which we use to keep track of all inquiries and bookings, so please quote this with any future correspondance.
3. Fill in the online booking form.
4. You will be sent details of how to pay your deposit. As soon as we receive your deposit, you will be sent e-mail confirmation of your booking.

Please note that in order for you to book a trailAddiction holiday, you are required to agree to our terms and conditions of booking. These are detailed on the booking form and the agreement is made upon your signature of the form. For groups bookings, the organiser accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of the entire group - and each member will be asked to sign an individual copy on arrival at the airport, for insurance purposes.
