Kitlist
- Mountain Bike - a decent model with at least 100mm of front suspension. The perfect bike for Les Arcs would have 6" of front and rear travel.
- Tyres - at least 2.35, dual ply recommended for our lift accessed weeks. We use Maxxis Minions.
- Spare Tubes - DH tubes for our lift accessed weeks, please bring at least "all mountain" tubes for backcountry weeks - we still do alot of decending!
- Spare Break Pads. At least 1 complete (front and rear) set, but be safe and bring two sets if you can!
- Spare Mech Hanger
- CamelBak with usual riding spares (pump, multitool etc).
- Waterproof jacket.
- Usual summer riding clothes and shoes.
- Helmet - for our lift accessed weeks either a full-face or a half-lid is fine. For our backcountry weeks if you are bringing a full-face please also bring a half-lid as well for the days where we pedal.
- Gloves and any desired body armour - we highly recommend at least knee guards for both backcountry or lift accessed weeks.
- Riding sunglasses or googles for lift accessed weeks if desired.
We stock a good selection of generic spare parts in Les Arcs which are available to purchase at competitive prices. However, spares that are exclusive to your bike, for example mech hangers, brake pads, bearings are a good idea to bring along.
