Non-Package Pricing Structure
Guiding*, Airport Transfers (Geneva), Accommodation and Backcountry Days in Les Arcs can now also be arranged on a non-package basis. The options below can be considered independently, or used together to form a structured but flexible holiday package.
Guiding is now offered on a daily basis (without accommodation) at £40 (60 Euros) per person.
- Get your own dedicated guide just for you or your group for £140 (200 Euros) per day.
- Pay for 3 days guiding, get the 4th for 1/2 price.
- Pay for 4 days guiding, get the 5th free.
If you are a group of riders of 3/4 or more, or prefer some personal / one-on-one guiding or tuition, we'd recommend going for the "get your own guide" option.
Extra nights in our main chalets (ensuite accommodation and including guiding and full-board catering) are available from £95 per person per night, subject to availability.
We normally only arrange airport transfers for individuals on Saturdays. See FAQ for more details. However for groups, we can normally arrange a special transfer minibus for you on any given day. Our standard charge for a one-off transfer minibus & trailer is £250 (up to 8 people + bikes & luggage).
Backcountry Days are exclusive to trailAddiction and all-inclusive customers take priority for availability. Except for special circumstances, they cannot be booked more than 1 week in advance. If you want to ride H.E.I.D.I, the best way is to come on a week's holiday with us! However, if you simply cannot manage this, it is possible to join one of our groups, but the daily guiding rate will apply in addition to the backcountry daytrip charge. Note that excepting H.E.I.D.I (run every wednseday), backcountry days are only available to book during our Backcountry Special Weeks
Finally, please note that in our opinion, our week-long packages not only represent much better value for money, but allow us to really get to know you as riders and tailor the riding/guiding schedule to suit your needs. In addition, since you are staying in our main chalet, we also get to look after you in the evenings and help where we can with bike mechanicals and other issues!
Please contact us for further information about any of the above.
*Important note about Guiding - Any references to "Guiding" or "Guide" on this website refer to a service of detailed, dedicated, accompanied trail orientation only, since our UK Guides are not French-qualified and therefore unrecognised as such under French Law and unable to "Guide" in the Alps. If you wish to enlist a fully-qualified French Mountain Bike Guide, please contact the French Ski-School in Les Arcs
