The Goat Shed - Semi-guided Option in Les Arcs
We are now offering semi-guided packages based out of the now-legendary Goat Shed. These packages are primarily designed for our existing customers who have visited Les Arcs with us at least once before and, critically, know their way around the complex trail system. Whatever your standard or style of riding we STRONGLY recommend that if you have not visited the area before, you take advantage of our guided packages. However, for those on a budget and who are prepared to put the time in hunting for trails on their own, this package offers a superbly located base for a week's adventure. Our guides will give you a head start with route advice and basic mountain orientation (for newcomers) and trail-gem-discovery-updates for our returning regulars.
The Goat Shed is a traditional stone-built Savoyard building, which has been recently renovated to a high standard, to provide a comfortable and spacious base for your holiday. The chalet has seven bedrooms, five of which have en-suite facilities and two bedrooms share a toilet and bathroom. The large open plan living area is on split levels and has a dining area and cosy lounge with a log burner. There is an additional lounge / chill area on the middle level for relaxing after dinner. The chalet is located on the quiet edge of town, but within 10 mins walk to the town centre / pubs. The "original" tA chalet (and some guests swear still the best)... we challenge you to find a couple anywhere that can match the now legendardy cooking of in-house chef Gordie and friendly hospitality of Sophie.
